Hello Pratibha 18th February 2015 Written Update 

Mahen scolds Pratibha and says I don’t love you. He leaves the room, Pratibha cries hard.

If Sunita comes to know her husband doesn’t love her. Sunita says she won’t leave the girl, Shalu fears he is involved with someone else. But Pratibha thinks there is something wrong in her for which Mahen dislikes her. She asks Shalu to taste the food again. She asks Shalu if the house is sufficiently clean. Shalu asks what has happened to her, Pratibha says she doesn’t know. As Pratibha makes up children’s room, she asks Shalu if she is a good mother. Shalu asks if she is alright. Pratibha says she doesn’t know. She comes to her room and thinks she must help Mahen more in his work, maybe he begins loving her this way. She comes to the mirror and wonders if she doesn’t seem to be good, if there is some other girl in Mahen’s life. She jerks the thoughts.

The phone rings, Mahen picks it. Pratibha hears him talking to the lawyer, he was saying he is fed up now, relations have broken, he doesn’t want to see her here in the house. He asks will the papers be ready till day after tomorrow. Pratibha fears he is giving her a divorce and is worried. Pratibha cries getting flashback of Mahen’s words, Sunita peeks into the room. Pratibha goes out, Sunita comes inside and takes her phone. Sunita’s mother asks her to dial the number putting it on speaker. Pushpa’s phone rings, Pushpa takes the call. Sunita introduces herself to Prerna, she asks to offer her to credit card and asks to talk to her husband. Pushpa hangs on strictly.

Pratibha is on roof, saying he can’t leave her. Is her mistake as big that he is thinking about divorce. She was tensed and thinks about talking to Mahen. Mahen calls Pratibha, she was worried. Shalu comes calling her and notices her extremely panicked. Pratibha comes downstairs wondering what Mahen wants to say to her, what would he say; what if he talks about the divorce. She watches Mahen sitting on the sofa, and prays to be saved today.

She comes into the room, Mahen was indulged in his work. He takes his cell phone, Pratibha clears her throat. Mahen asks if the food is ready, he has to go home earlier. She is happy, and asks if he called her for food. Mahen says what else could it be, she is relieved and says she will just make it for him. She cooks in the kitchen hurriedly with Shalu’s help. She thinks has he changed his thinking, or he will talk later. Mahen gets the lawyer’s call and says he will just come. Raashi stops him for food, but he says it isn’t cooked yet. Raashi comes to Pratibha and scolds her for not cooking food in time for her husband. Pratibha says this means Mahen wasn’t in an urgency of food, he deliberately left without lunch box. She blames herself, thinks about her maa asking who is pouring this all in her mind.

Peehu comes home asking for Pratibha, irritated. Anmol tells Raashi about an application on phone. Raashi loves him, Peehu asks where is food. Raashi says it must be in kitchen. Peehu says its been so late, where is her mother. Raashi says she must ask it from her mom.

Pratibha cries in front of Pushpa, she says it was wrong of her to know if Mahen loves her or not. Whatever was hidden has come out. She was crying, and says since the truth has come out Mahen won’t stop from telling her what is in his heart. She must not have listened to her, Pushpa listens to her. Pratibha says she has ended it all, what will she answer her parents that her husband isn’t happy with her after 17 years of life. She stands up and says everything has finished, she doesn’t know what to do. Pushpa asks what has happened, Pratibha says her husband wants to divorce her. Pushpa asks her to sit down, and says she can’t agree. He can’t leave her for such a petty issue. Pratibha says he was talking on phone about some papers. Pushpa thinks he was talking about her, and tells Pratibha how can she think like this. The waiter brings bill, Pratibha looks for her purse and when she can’t find it she leaves frustrated that it is always her mistake.

Pratibha wakes up with her family surrounding her. She opens her eyes, Mahen takes a breath of relief. Her mother asks if she is alright. Sunita asks what has happened to her. Raashi asks she could have said if she was ill. Mahen tells her to let go, and asks Pratibha that she must have told him. She says she is sorry and hold hand, but Mahen doesn’t hold it and asks the doctor to see Anmol as well. Sunita says may be she had got this from someone else. Pratibha says she doesn’t remember she got if from someone, her mother says she might have got it in hospital. Mahen asks Raashi not to let her do any work, and asks Suniti to look into house chores along with boutique. He says he has to go somewhere, and leaves. Suniti tells Pratibha to stay away from the fever of staying lost all the times. Her mother says she has taken medicine and will be fine. Sunita leaves with Sanjeev. When alone, her mother asks what she ate and why she got so careless. Pratibha says she doesn’t know if she should say this or not, she might or may not understand. She tells her mother that she wanted to fell ill, so she ate lemon. She wanted to see if Mahen will be emotional like papa. She remembers whenever she fall ill, he used to sit on the chair and see her but he doesn’t do so now. Her mother asks if she is crazy, he called her before calling doctor. Pratibha says Mahen doesn’t have time for her, she is pained because she thinks Mahen doesn’t love her now. Her mother asks is she the same, there is a time to find love. Love divideds into responsibilities and relations, she asks who is pouring this all in her mind. She was quiet, her mother goes to get soup for her, she tells her not to go at this pathway else she will be lost in faults. Pratibha says there is fault. Her mother leaves, but Pratibha says she can’t be quiet seeing this chair empty. She wants Mahen to sit and talk to her, but why he doesn’t do this now, she cries hard.

Sunita comes to Raashi and thinks the right time to blow the bomb. She says she wants to show her something, and gives her the mobile. Bubu comes and snatches her phone asking for water. He takes the mobile, Sunita runs behind her. Bubu goes and throws the mobile in the water jug. Sunita shouts and comes to the mobile, while Bubu hides behind his dadi. Raashi asks what she wanted to show, and asks to tell her with mouth. Sunita thinks about telling her, even without proof. She makes Raashi say it, as it is something shameful. She tells her that Pratibha has an affair. Raashi scolds Sunita, and says she didn’t expect she will make up such a story. Sunita says she even took a photo, but Raashi says her business must not be working. Raash tells Sunita to find some other sourse of harassing Pratibha but not the respect of the family.

Mahen talks to lawyer, the lawyer says he can’t give him the next appointment soon. Mahen says Pushpa’s time to arrive home is near. The lawyer says he came today but his wife isn’t well.

Sunita’s mother scolds her, then asks if she has the number of that PC. Sunita denies, her mother says she must have it. Sunita says her mother is a genius, and asks what to do next. Her mother says she must get the number from Pratibha’s phone and then call and ask who he is etc. Her mother tells her a way to find it all, offering him a diamond ring from a company. He will tell the details himself.

Mahen comes to the room at night, tensed. He thinks what the lawyer had said to him and throws the pen on floor. Pratibha watches him and gets up. She asks what happened, why is he so worried. He says nothing, there is some tension in work. She thinks he is tensed because of her, should she tell him the truth. She asks if he took food, he says no. She goes to bring it, he asks her to take medicine first. She asks him that she doesn’t want any medicine, she just took lemon by herself. He asks what. She says she wanted to fell ill, he gets angry asking she did it deliberately. He asks how can she think about doing so. She says she wanted to see if she still loves her or not. He turns her to himself, and asks she wanted to know if he loves her or not. What pointless thing this is, she has such responsibility of the whole house. He asks what he lost with this all drama, she has no idea. He asks if he doesn’t fulfill responsibilities, doesn’t look after his children, he doesn’t go or take her to functions. If she wants him to go around her all the times, he doesn’t love her. He leaves saying I don’t love you.

PRECAP: 

Pratibha hears Mahen talking on phone that their relation had ended a long time ago, now he is even ready to pay to get rid of her. Pratibha is worried if he is talking about divorce.

Peehu comes to the manager, clears his payment and asks for her watch. The manager says her money is less, she says bill was this much. The manager says it is his restaurant, he has increased the rate. He places the watch above shelf and asks her to bring more money. He leaves the watch on counter, Peehu looks around and as he couldn’t be seen anywhere she takes the watch. Peehu returns Sunita her watch and says she didn’t wear it. Pratibha comes there, Peehu asks did she get the message. Sunita interferes that she told her, Pratibha says that she was going to go out. Peehu panics and tells her that it was papas’s message that his important guests are coming and that she has to prepare dinner for them. Pratibha gets worried at once, Sunita creates panic that she didn’t hear the message. Pratibha wonders how she doesn’t know, and goes to kitchen. Sunita smiles saying now it will be fun.

In the kitchen, Pratibha feels dizzy. She comes out with support, coughing. She loses control and fell down on floor. It was four o clock now. She lie there till 4.30, when she wakes up by herself and tries to stand up. She takes water, Sunita comes to the kitchen and notices Pratibha as ill. She thinks Pratibha has got PC’s cough. She wishes to catch her red handed, comes to Sunita and says she fell in love. Pratibha says she isn’t well today, can she cook. Sunita gets a call, and leaves saying she has an appointment with a client. She tells Raashi that she has to go early, Pratibha is unwell but Raashi takes Sunita’s hand saying she has pain in her back.

Pratibha sits on sofa worried. She calls Mahen, Mahen asks if the meal is ready. She says she told him but… Mahen says last time he had to get ashamed because of her, when she forgot to keep rotis in tiffin. Pratibha couldn’t speak, coughs and sneezes but says yes. He listens to her suspected. She wonders if he will ask what has happened to her voice. Sunita comes with her bags, and says she must have helped her but she has a lot to do. Pratibha was unwell, Sunita asks her to ask the person who has cold what to take. Pratibha goes to finish her work. Sunita thinks she must have already called her lover.

Pratibha takes medicines, washes her face and says to herself that she can’t fell ill.

Pratibha says to herself that she has to get well. She comes out, sits on the bed and watches a chair saying when she used to fell ill he always sit here.

Sunita tells her mother about Pratibha’s illness.

Raashi tells Anmol that he must not worry about the project, and goes to call Pratibha for her help. Peehu comes and talks to her friend on phone, asking her for an ice cream party.

Mahen comes home, Pratibha was lying. He says his guests are coming soon. She thinks about her old times, Mahen comes and asks will she cook or should he order from outside. She tells him not to worry, the food will be ready. Pratibha comes to the kitchen and cries. She asks herself to get hold of herself, she is Mahen’s wife for seventeen years and a mother of two children, she must take care of house now. This is her job now.

Anmol comes and hugs Pratibha, she asks what has happened. She wipes her tears. He says he isn’t well, and can’t complete his work even. She touches his forehead, and says she knows everything. He asks why is she so worried, she says she is also unwell and hugs him, crying.

Sunita’s mother asks if she told everyone, and says hello to bubu. Sunita says if she comes out now, Pratibha will ask her to share some work. Her mother asks why she didn’t show the photo to her mother in law.

Pratibha gives water to the guest, Mahen says they are going in to room, she must call them when food is ready. He introduces everyone to Pratibha.

In the kitchen, Pratibha wishes everything be fine until the guests leave. In the room, Mahen tells the lawyer that if his mother hears about Pushpa there will be a thunderstorm. The lawyer promises to let Pushpa out of her city and their house as well. Mahen says they must do it.

Pratibha feels dizzy while serving. Mahen overlooks, while the lawyer says it seems she is unwell today. Pratibha brings another bowl to the table, and feels dizzy. The bowl slips and Pratibha fell on the floor. Mahen and everyone run to her, Mahen holds her onto his lap. Pratibha can’t hear anyone’s voice, Mahen asks if she is fine.

PRECAP: 

Pratibha tells Mahen not to take her tension, she doesn’t need a medicine as she herself took lemon. She stops at once, he asks why she took lemon when she knows she is allergic to it.

Sunita comes to give Bubu to Pratibha. She thinks Pushpa asking when did Mahen looked at her with love, when was the last time he talked to her for long, when he brought gift for her and loved her. She had no such memories, and thinks she has to recognize the problems. She shouts at once, that is enough. Everyone turns to her, Mahen asks what happened. Sunita thinks this is the side effect of love. Pratibha says she was worried about something. Sunita asks why is she so worried, Pratibha says her maa has been asked to get tested for diabetes. Mahen asks how is she, Pratibha says she has weakness as well. Mahen says she must go to her; health must be taken care of in old age. Bubu takes Pratibha’s intention to food, Pratibha goes to take water from Mahen, he stops her. She smiles with hope, he says she can take money from him if needed. Her smile fades.

In the morning, Sunita’s mother asks her to stalk Pratibha. Peehu stood on the door, Sunita gets alert and asks what happened. Mahen gives Pratibha some money, Pratibha smiles.

Peehu asks Sunita for money, Sunita denies. Peehu thinks about wearing Sunita’s watch, and asks Sunita says that is her gift to third anniversary. Peehu butters Sunita and says she is ready to do anything in return. She gives her watch to Peehu, Peehu leaves. She tells Peehu that it shouldn’t get water, or scratches. She puts it in a box, and says she must wear it only in restaurant. Peehu asks Pratibha she needs money for her fee, Pratibha says she gave her money yesterday. Peehu says her money got stolen, Pratibha says she must call her papa to complain the principal. Peehu says it is the last month, her name will get cut from the list. Pratibha agrees and counts money from the bag. Peehu is shocked to see so much money, Pratibha gets her maa’s call. Peehu takes the money from the purse. Pratibha tells her maa that she is coming, she will be fine when she watch her. Sunita hears this.

Pushpa gets into the car for hospital. Pratibha also gets into rickshaw for hospital. Sunita stalks her. Sunita says this isn’t Pratibha’s mother’s place, where is Pratibha going then.

Sunita gets a call from her mama, she tells her that Pratibha isn’t going to her mother’s home. She appreciates her mama’s instincts. Pratibha comes to a hospital, Sunita tells her mama that she has stopped at a hospital. Her mama tells her to click a picture of them both. Sunita goes inside, Pushpa’s car stops at the gate.

In the hospital, Sunita comes behind Pratibha. She turns to see Pushpa who asks the doctor how he is. Pratibha was with her mother, her papa scolds her how can she be so irresponsible. He was angry at her but her mother smiled. He gives water to his wife, and they have an argument. Pratibha thinks her papa is just like Mahen, she can’t even see love here; may be this is the truth. Her papa wait for the reports, her maa wishes them to be normal.

The doctor tells Pushpa that there are still the complications. Pushpa answers the man that he is just like his mother, stubborn. She tells him they are all fine, she won’t let them know they are here until her work is done. He is her weakness but she won’t let it be their strength like the last time. She loves him and has promised that she will get his right back.

Sunita looks for Pratibha in the hospital. Pushpa says they must leave now to her associate, and goes to meet the doctor. Sunita calls her mama and says Pratibha is no where around. Pratibha watches the reports and asks her papa to bring sweet as her mama has no diabetes. He says so that the next time the reports come to be diabetic for sure, but they both request and he goes to bring the sweet.

Pratibha says to her maa that she disliked the way papa scolded her. She says she must see his worry behind it. Pratibha says she was more worried for not being able to go to office. Her mother says he came for her, this is important. She looks at his purse, and tells Pratibha to get it to him. Pratibha comes out and watches her papa thanking to God that Sushma’s tests have turned out to be normal. Pratibha comes to him, he wipes his tears. She asks was he scolding her in the room. He says she herself was worried, how could he show his fears to her. He says he thinks about marking the dates of her check up on calenders. She asks if he loves maa dearly. He says she is his wife, and a wife isn’t called a better half as such. He says today he has realized they have grown old, one day they have to leave the world; in this condition we realize how much we love the other person. Life has to be lived with love and happiness. He forbids her not to tell her mother about this all. She says alright and reminds him of his purse. He leaves, she thinks Mahen is also like her papa; and this means hope is here.

Peehu is sitting in the canteen, she looks at her face in mobile and then heads to go the the most popular group of school, the angels. She comes to them, a girl was saying she left her wallet at home. Peehu thinks this is the right time to be in the group, she comes and offers to pay their bills. It was huge, but she boasts that her papa always gives her extra pocket money. The girls cheer her to be a part of Angels now and asks for a big treat. She agrees, and turns worried as the money she had just paid was her fees.

Pratibha was in rickshaw still puzzled about Mahen’s love.

Raashi was praying when Sunita gets her a gift. Raahi cheers, and opens the box happily. Sunita says in the times to come she must need them and gives her medicines for blood pressure, and diabetes. Raashi says she is alright, and doesn’t need them. Sunita says soon Pratibha will start answering her back, as she does to her these days. Raashi imagines Pratibha denying making tea for her. Sunita says she will make Anmol against her, Raashi imagines giving money for burger to Anmol and he denies taking them. Sunita says this will make her weak for sure, Raashi is worried. Sunita says that now Pratibha will also let her work for house, this will all make her ill both physically and mentally. Raashi asks Sunita what she must do, Sunita says they need to be a bit strict. She tells her everything.

Pratibha’s mother asks on phone why she didn’t call her even. Pratibha says to her that she feels there is something wrong again, whenever she feels everything is fine now. Her mother says doctor has asked her to get some tests for diabetes. Pratibha says she must not worry, she won’t have diabetes.

Sunita opens the door for Pratibha. Raashi comments and asks Pratibha where she was, Pratibha says she went to meet someone and turns. Sunita points Raashi, who asks Pratibha where she went. Pratibha was drinking water, and replies she went to meet someone. Raashi tells Pratibha to look at her and talk, Pratibha comes to her. Raashi abides by Sunita and asks if she had forgotten she has a house to work in. Pratibha says she will take care, it was necessary to talk today. Raashi asks is her friend male or female. Pratibha says she is female, she asks what is the age. Pratibha says she is elder. Sunita wonders who she meets, they must know. She tells Raashi to be a bit strict with Pratibha, Raashi leaves. Sunita opens Pratibha’s purse and takes her purse out. Pratibha turns to get her bag, Sunita check Pratibha’s cell phone and notes the number of Pushpa. She calls he number, a waiter attends the call. Sunita is taken aback hearing a male voice.

She places the phone back in purse when Pratibha comes there, takes her bag and goes inside. Sunita thinks who is PC, and what is the connection to Pratibha. Pratibha comes to her room, and thinks about what had Pushpa said to her. She looks at her reflection in mirror, of younger Pratibha. Pratibha says she has no problem. The reflection says her love story is extended to four interactions, when she gives him food, when she brings tea to him, when she welcomes him home and when she serves him food.

Pratibha’s mother calls her, Pratibha asks if she got tested. Her mother was worried what is the tests are positive, Pratibha says if she will not accept the problem is there how can they treat it. She stops at her own sentence.

The next morning, Pratibha wonders she must ask chachi how she should know if Mahen loves her or not. She thinks about asking Mahen, and gets chilli in eyes. She says she never thought she will be say a no to Sunita, but she did. Sunita watches her talking to herself if terrace, and says this is what secret love is like. Sunita tells her mom, who tells her to stalk Pratibha when soon she will ask to spend a day with her lover and get a proof, catching her red handed.

In the kitchen, Pratibha wonders is love really a hidden thing. Anmol and Raashi come to table, Anmol says he will eat it because he uploaded a status about eating the food his mother cooked. Peehu comes there, Mahen asks Peehu how her school was. Pratibha keeps on looking at this. Sanjeev and Sunita come cheering as Sanjeev whispers something in her ear. Sunita brings Bubu to Pratibha, Mahen turns to look at her and then the hugging Bubu. Pratibha wonders why doesn’t Mahen ever smiles looking at her, does he really not love her.

PRECAP: 

In the hospital, Pushpa comes to meet someone and was talking to a patient that no one will know he is here until she has finished her work. Pratibha passes by the window, Sunita had also come after Pratibha.

Peehu says her mom isn’t here, how could her hair be oiled. Sunita scolds Peehu that she always complains about oiling and tells Peehu to go inside kitchen. Sunita says when Pratibha changed her mind they are all out of form. She asks Mahen if he wants tea, Mahen tells her to leave it. She was praying for that. Sunita sits on the table, and says to Raashi that it feels Pratibha has no worries for them. She says because of Pratibha she had to bother her, Pratibha atleast must have thought about her.

Sanjeev opens the door, cheers and says it is good that Pratibha has come home. Raashi says to her what is the need for putting on umbrella when one is wet in rain. She goes away but I have to eat that daal which makes me ill. Pratibha says she will make paalak aaloo for her. Anmol also greets her, and says he didn’t like the burger today even. She gives Peehu her gelatin papers, Peehu asks if she remembered them and asks Pratibha to put on some oil in her hair. Bubu runs to her, Pratibha asks if he missed his bari maa. She tells Mahen that he is going to make food for maa, he must look for Bubu.

In the kitchen, Sunita comes and says she is thinking about sending the maid away. She now know what is her place, Pratibha smiles that it was all because of her. Sunita asks she will make food for her next kitty party. Pratibha says she never has a problem with that but next time she must once ask her.

The family has a happy dinner as Pratibha serves it. She feeds Anmol with her own hands. She asks Bubu if he is happy seeing them all. Pratibha is happy seeing them all this way.

Next morning, Pratibha tells Pushpa all the stories happily. She watches the menu and asks chachi to have some sour chaat. Chachi says today, the airs have changed directions.

Sunita was worried that something is wrong with Pratibha. She thinks why Pratibha is haunting her. Her mother calls, the connection is weak. Her mother always parties, and give her false suggestions. Her mother said she was on holiday. Sunita tells her mother Pratibha has changed

Pratibha enjoys pani puri, she asks him to make it a more sour. Pushpa laughs that this will make life happy, and says today she made something according to her heart. Pratiba stops watching a couple romantically feeding each other, and recalls her times with Mahen. Pushpa asks is there something else she has lost, and wants it back. Pratibha says she doesn’t understand. Pushpa asks what did she lost in the journey, along with losing her. Pratibha says she is happy in her life and contended. Pushpa mocks that we the married ladies are used to get contended really easily. The girl from the couple asks for one more paani puri while the boy says she will fell ill. Pushpa smiles that they are both in love. Pratibha says in the beginning love is like that. Pushpa says in love there is neither a beginning nor end. Pratibha says with time things change, in the beginning Mahen loved her like this. Pushpa asks doesn’t he do now. Pratibha says now, the ways of expression have changed. Pushpa asks when was the last time, he looked at her for long or gave her a gift for no reason. Pratibha says she remembers the time when everything was new, it doesn’t mean that now he doesn’t love her. Pushpa says he has got into his responsibilities and Pratibha into hers.

Sunita’s mother tells her there is a man in Pratibha’s life. Sunita doesn’t agree, but her mother insists. Her mother tells her to ask where she goes, and what she does. She will speak a bit about it, and she must let her mother in law ask this all.

Pratibha tells chachi Mahen loved her then and now as well, she doesn’t want to say something more than that. Pushpa says how will she fine the solution to the problem if she will deny its existence. Pratibha thinks about Mahen and her relations and the distances between them.

Pushpa asks Pratibha what she wants to do today, as there is no one to stop her. Pratibha says she wants to meet her mother, but she must ask Mahen for that. Pushpa says there is no need for that, but if she needs to do the formality, alright. She dials Mahen’s number, Pratibha asks if she has his number and she knows him. Pushpa gets speechless at once, then laughs and mocks herself how will she have Mahen’s number. She asks Pratibha to call Mahen, Pratibha was about to say something. Pushpa asks Pratibha to ask him by calling herself.

Pratibha calls Mahen, Pushpa thinks that one mistake ruins everything.

Raashi speaks a lot while she removes the table. Anmol asks where is his mother, Raashi scolds him that she doesn’t know. Sanjeev thinks where has she gone, Sunita overhears him and says she can’t bear this drama anymore.

Pratibha tells Pushpa Mahen said she can go wherever she wants to. She was worried he doesn’t care for her anymore. Pushpa keeps hand on Pratibha’s and tells her to go and don’t stop, she assures her that she won’t regret. Pratibha asks what if it worsens again. Pushpa says she will have pride on her decision, she will get her value recognized. Sunita asks what?, and is worried. Raashi asks her not to shout. Sunita asks why she let Pratibha go out, why should she suffer. Sunita is worried that maid also doesn’t have time. Sunita goes to open the door, Peehu comes fighting in the school. She looks for her mother, but Sunita says she is at her mother’s place getting her crazy. Peehu says it’s good, she will not have to get her hair oiled atleast. She asks Sunita when will mother return, Sunita is frustrated and says she doesn’t know.

The maid opens the door for Pratibha, and is excited to see her. She makes her sit and sends her to get water. Pratibha asks where is maa, the maid says she is just at the nearby market and asks if she will eat something. Pratibha says she isn’t in a mood, the maid goes to get tea. Pratibha wonders when her maa will come when she comes inside, happy to see her. She makes Pratibha sit and says it is good she came and that without telling. She asks what will she eat, Pratibha says she denied Usha as well. Maa tells Pratibha that she will cook for her with her own hands. Pratibha says she will have to go to kitchen, and get worried. Her maa says while cooking for her husband and children, kitchen turns to heaven. Pratibha thinks about her joy and love while cooking. Her maa says she will make dahi-bhala for her, as it is her favorite. Pratibha cheers, her maa leaves asking her to rest.

Sanjeev asks Sunita why she is worried, they can order food from outside. Sunita says what she will say to Mahen then. Raashi hears this, Sanjeev was telling her to cook by herself today. Sunita asks what? Sanjeev makes up had he known cooking, he could have done itself. He says he doesn’t know how to cook, he is helpless. Sunita says he doesn’t know how to cook but his mother does.

Raashi gets angry at this. Sanjeev tries to calm her down and take her inside. Sunita thinks she is the biggest drama queen, and wonders where has Pratibha been.

Pratibha watches her mother cook in the kitchen, with a smile on her face, and with utmost love. She cries over this love and thinks this is what she does in her home. She recalls asking Mahen about the day, but he never talks to her with any good emotions or with respect. He eats the dahi-bhala and likes them a lot appreciating her. She asked is he worried today, he told her that a man ordered a necklace but is cancelling it now; there is some limits to anything but she must not take tension they will get many other customers. She thinks Mahen’s mood improves as soon as he eats it.

Pratibha tastes them, her mummy says her mood improves as soon as she eats dahi-bhala. She knew it she was a bit worried and asks what is it about. Pratibha asks how she knows it all, she says she is her mummy and knows it well. Her mummy says she never came here without letting them know before, and that alone. It must definitely be something. Pratibha thinks she also do the same, she understands Mahen like that.

Sunita was worried and asks Sunita if her mother has brought gelatin papers for her. Sunita was angry at her mother because she isn’t home since morning. She asks Peehu to come help her in kitchen.

Pratibha’s mother brings oil to be put into her hair, the bell rings and her maa asks Pratibha to open the door. Her papa is shocked to see her, her maa says today the sun rose from west. Pratibha asks her to stop taunting her but her papa asks if she came informing Mahen.

Her mother says she was missing her mother, but papa gets curt and says he didn’t ask whom she missed or not, she must not interfere. Her maa gets quiet. He says he just asked Pratibha if she asked Mahen before coming here. Pratibha says he allowed her to come here. Her papa tells her to come inside, and talk to her mother as they are good friends. He will join them soon.

Pratibha’s mother asks him to give sometime to Pratibha, she has come after a long time. Her papa gets annoyed again that his work is really important for him and this is Pratibha’s father’s house and she knows it from childhood and for him work is the most important thing. Pratibha asks him to get done with his work. He tells her to sit with her mother and he will join them soon.

Maa oils Pratibha’s hair and says the people of the house remain stubborn with what they are used to. We must control our house with love. Pratibha thinks how well her maa managed; Mahen is also like Papa and behaves rudely to her. She recalls when Anmol was angry; she asked him what has happened to him. He had snatched his phone off her hand and said why she doesn’t ask papa about it. She sat besides and said he wants to buy a new phone as he doesn’t like this one anymore. Anmol asked how she knows about it, she said she is his mother.

She says he must have asked papa and he must have denied. When she talked to Mahen, he asked she wants him to buy Rs.15000 phone, ask Anmol to forget about it. She told his papa will think about it. Maa was saying that a true housewife turns the house to heaven with her love. She remembers all what she do for them all. Maa asks she must be thinking why her papa always behaves rudely to her, but men don’t know how to express themselves, but it doesn’t mean they don’t love you. It doesn’t mean they love you any less, Pratibha recalls Mahen appreciating her aaloo paratha that cheered her. Pratibha smiles and says thank you, for everything. She is happy and rests her head on maa’s lap.

Sunita serves breakfast to everyone in the morning, while Pratibha stands there. Bubu comes to Pratibha but Sunita takes him to table. She tells Peehu and Anmol that she has kept money in their bags, as she couldn’t prepare their lunch. She tells Mahen that she will sent his tiffin to his office, she invites Pratibha to the table as well. Pratibha keeps on standing, everyone leaves. She thinks she is really not worth more than washing machine and microwave. She cries. Sunita watches Pratibha.

In the room Pratibha says there has been a big problem. Chachi says this had to happen. Pratibha says she thinks she isn’t needed in the house. Chachi asks her to wait for one more day, she is much needed in the house. She asks Pratibha to leave the house for one day, only. Pratibha says no, how is it possible. Chachi says she has said no to her for so many times now, laughing. Pratibha is worried what to do.

Raashi comes complaining about not getting tea. Sunita calms her down and says she is a working woman, it is all difficult to manage. She watches Pratibha going to kitchen, and says no one needs to go to kitchen today as she has got a new maid. She says the lady works in her friend’s house and is a good cook. Pratibha says she is making her afraid. Sunita goes to take the maid named Pratibha. She introduces her to Pratibha, and says before her she did the cooking. Sunita says she isn’t used to hear no, and is telling her for the first time today that she keeps a kitty party.

In the kitchen, the maid deters Sunita that her name is Sunita and to make fool of Pratibha she has to give her extra pay. Sunita tells her the menu, the maid asks why is she giving her such a big list. Pratibha watches the maid working, thinks this is too much and goes inside thinking whatever Sunita had said.

Sunita makes Bubu’s hair and is worried she can’t do this drama for long. Pratibha comes behind, Bubu was calling this all drama but Pratibha comes to Sunita. Sunita asks how is she now, is she taking rest as it was much needed. Bubu had run to Pratibha and calls naatak, naatak (drama, drama) at Sunita. Sunita sends him inside and tells Pratibha that she will take care of everyone. Pratibha thinks about saying sorry, Sunita thinks the same. Pratibha says to Sunita she wants to say something, Sunita thinks this drama will end now. Pratibha was about to say something, while Shalu comes with a phone for her. Sunita feels suspected, Pratibha leaves with the phone.

Pratibha asks what is the emergency chachi, and promises to come.

Sunita gives the maid her money, the maid says she is not used to listening to a lot from her rudely. Sunita is worried that this drama of Pratibha must end soon.

Pratibha comes running to Pushpa, she asks she is fine. Pushpa says she is alright, the emergency was that she had a feeling Pratibha is worried and is about to apologize Sunita. Pratibha asks how does she know that she was going to say sorry. Pushpa says she called her home, Shalu told her that she is in Sunita’s room. Pushpa asks how can she do it. Pratibha says her family doesn’t need her anymore and she is in much pain. Pushpa says does she really want to become the mother again, whose daughter is ashamed of her. If she wants to be a wife again, whose husband doesn’t look at her. She says thanks God, she doesn’t want to go back to that life again. Pratibha says the life she is living is even worse. Pushpa says they are just taken aback, it doesn’t mean she gives up. Chachi orders for food.

Anmol dislikes the food, Raash as well. Anmol asks where his mom is.

Pratibha says no one in the world can be like her mom, she loves her a lot and fought with her the most. She knew she can’t go away from her. Pushpa says no one can take her life, why she thinks someone will take her place. Pratibha says in her in laws house, everything is really different. She asked her mother in law to go out, she said she is not tied to something and may go anywhere anytime. Pushpa gives her water to drink. Pushpa asks her not to return home, go home late today as she is permitted. Pratibha asks why, chachi says she won’t have to say sorry. Pratibha asks what if the family doesn’t miss her. Chachi says then she might consider her wrong.

Pushpa chachi says to Mahen that she wants to reconnect with her family, to regain the relations which broke due to times. Mahen says he had no relations to her ever.

Shalu asks Pratibha why is she joking. Pratibha says she has prepared the lunch, but she won’t do anything. Shalu laughs, and asks what will happen to the party. Pratibha says she must ask Sunita about it. Pratibha asks her to stop laughing, Shalu says this is her home she will laugh in her owns. Pratibha says Shalu is right, this is her home. But she fears if there is a problem in house because of her denial. Shalu makes dust, Pratibha coughs but Shalu says that sometimes we have to make the dust to clean it.

Peehu opens the door to fins Sunita standing ready for party. Peehu is excited and says she looks so beautiful. Sunita asks where is her mom, and she can’t even smell the cookings. Pratibha practices to say no to Sunita, as she isn’t feeling well. Sunita comes calling, she wonders what she must do and lie down on the bed. Sunita comes inside the room, and breaks a photo frame. Pratibha gets up, Sunita says sorry and offers to pick it up. Pratibha also comes there. Sunita asks why aren’t the snacks ready till yet. Pratibha says she can’t make the snacks, she didn’t ask her. Sunita says she hasn’t asked for anything from her till today, she just said it to her. Pratibha says she was busy today. Sunita asks where was she busy. Pratibha says she got into cleaning furniture, then she got into cough and head ache. Sunita says she must not make up now, she was frustrated that her guests are coming in an hour. She tells Pratibha to do the preparations, Pratibha stops her and says she won’t be able to cook. Sunita says she now understands, she is making the drama for all those roti. Pratibha says she now accepted her mistake, she created the drama and got her disrespected from Mahen and family. Sunita says that she is now taking revenge from her, and creating drama. She says she has now recognized her, and has ruined everything. Peehu announces that her friends are here. Sunita panics, and says she will show her kitty party can be successful without her cooking. Sunita comes to welcome the guest, she tells Peehu to serve the guests and indulge them in talking, she will just be here. Sunita goes inside and calls fast foods, no arrangement could be done. All the guests arrive at the party, Sunita calms herself down and goes to the guests. A friend asks why isn’t there a smell of food today, they appreciated Pratibha’s cooking. Sunita says she thought they will all be fed up of home cookings. A lady introduces Sunita to her cousin who is into fashion industry in America. The ladies ask her for snacks, but they have to keep on waiting.

Pratibha was in her room, she watches her shadow saying it will be her disrespect as well, if people go away from her home without eating. She said she can make aalo chaat in ten minutes. Pratibha heads to leave, but another of the shadow says that why would she go. Sunita also must know what has been happening to her for so long in the house.

Sunita tells her guests to have another round of cold-drinks, but the guests say they must now leave. They taunt and tease Sunita and leaves. Sunita thinks you didn’t not do well today with me.

In the café, Pratibha says she wants to have a chilled cold drink. Pushpa asks the waiter to bring cold drink. Pratibha realizes and says she was angry at home, and poured it on her, she will just take tea. Pushpa says she just said No to her, and this is what she wanted. Pratibha realizes and says why isn’t she able to say it at home. She feels her family loves her so much. Pushpa says here she is mistaken, her family takes pity on her instead of respect, doesn’t she want to be respected and loved. Pratibha says everyone wants love and respect. Pushpa asks did she ever say no before marriage. She recalls her times of college when she was cheery and talkative. She says that was before marriage, after that she is so afraid of everyone that she can’t say no to anyone. She says sorry to maa ji everytime, but when she doesn’t hug her back she realizes she has become a daughter in law now. She recalls when she bought cheese from outside the first time, Raashi had been very angry. Pratibha held her ears saying sorry to Raashi, Raashi said this is her in laws. Pushpa says it has been 15 years now, she came as a daughter in law and a wife, she became a mother here, a sister in law and bari maa but this house is still her in laws. Now she needs to make them realize that if she says no to them, their love towards her must not lessen. Pratibha agrees.

Sunita was on stairs and thinks what she must do that Pratibha forgets her hiding of roti, and is ready to make snacks for her kitty party. She comes downstairs to Pratibha, and calls her friend. She was saying to her friend that she must once taste the snacks of her didi, everyone appreciated her cooking in the last party. Pratibha hears this. Sunita boasted that no one believes this tasty food has been cooked at home. She invites her friend tomorrow. Pratibha was doing dusting, while Sunita says to Raashi that her friends thinks they get food delivered from outside, but they think so because Pratibha cooks so well. Pratibha is worried what she must do now. Raashi says what is a great deal in it, she has been cooking for so many years. She says that in her times, she used to work a lot. Sunita says that after her, Pratibha cooks really tasty.

Pratibha is worried in the kitchen, how she must straight forward say no to her. This time she must say no for a little thing this time. She is worried that Suniti never asks anything from her, everytime she just orders her. She gets spice in eyes, and puts water in it. She comes out of kitchen recalling whatever Suniti had done to her in past.

She wonders shall she cook or not, but if she doesn’t cook there will be a big problem in the house. Why is it always that when I am not in a mood to do anything, there is a drama. Sunita always do what she wants, no one doesn’t ask her anything. She doesn’t understand anything, and wonders shall she say no to Suniti.

At night, Sunita was excited about her party. She told her husband that this party could be in a hotel as well, but she wanted people to come to their home and this will improve their social circle and benefit the business. Sanjeev says this means there will be a big bill of food. She says didi is there to cook. Pratibha comes there. Sunita tells Sanjeev that Pratibha will cook tomorrow, she is good for nothing else. Sanjeev says it will be too much, she gets annoyed about him taking side of Pratibha.

Pratibha thinks she dislikes for what Sunita says, but will dislike more if her business gets flop because of her denial. She keeps awake all night thinking about this.

In the morning, Shalu wets the chanay as she had forgotten that. Pratibha comes to see them there, and gets worried again. She thinks the question has made her worried. She gets an idea, she will just make cholay. This way Sunita will get the answer that she will not anything, she won’t have to say no as well. She opens the bowl, when Raashi calls her. Sunita comes to see the preparations, she is worried that nothing has been done yet. She goes looking for Pratibha, finds raw cholay in the bowl.

Pratibha was in the temple, asking where has she been caught. If she says yes to her, chachi would think she has accepted defeat which she doesn’t want to do, but if she says no there will be a problem in house. Sunita tells Shalu to prepare the new crockery for serving. Shalu was cutting vegetables, she looks at Sunita angrily and says all her preparations are left now like facial and mani pedicure. She thinks she must also leave Raashi somewhere.

Pushpa says to Pratibha that some tensions come in Shagun to in laws. Pratibha says Sunita even doesn’t know she is cooking for her party. Pushpa says that is even more interesting. Pratibha says she doesn’t have anything else to do as well. Pushpa says he free time is for herself. Shalu comes and asks if there is something else for her to do. Shalu tells her about the preparations of Sunita’s party, Pushpa asks her to say no to her. Pratibha asks Shalu to tell Sunita she isn’t going to do anything. Shalu is happy, Pushpa cheers as well. She tells Pratibha that this no is her most precious jewel and hangs on. Someone drops money on her table in the café, it was Mahen. Pushpa is shocked to see him there.

Mahen asks the lawyer to get the food, his wife has cooked it herself. He serves the food but there was no roti. He asks the peon where is the roti, the peon says he thinks there was no roti. He sends the peon for roti and apologizes the lawyer.

Pratibha watches everyone in the hall, and says it can’t be as difficult because everyone says no to her. She can also say a no to them. She moves to the hall, and tells her kids not to make such noice. She says it isn’t good to make such noise. Raashi interferes that it is a kid’s house, they will make noise. The kids run away, playing again. Pratibha comes to Suniti, who was reading magazine. She asks Sunita to make pasta for kids today, they like it a lot. Sunita says she is really busy today, she can’t do it. She has a meeting with a client tomorrow. Mahen comes home just then, Pratibha asks for his tiffin and asks how was the food. He asks was it something important that she forgot to keep roti in the tiffin. The kids come there, he asks them to come to their room. Mahen says there was a guest at shop, she just do cooking well then what can she do.

Raashi also stands and blames Pratibha. Pratibha says before going out, she kept the roti herself. He asks did she go out, she was explaining but he didn’t listen. Pratibha says she kept the roti herself, Raashi asks if her son is lying. Pratibha was silent, Mahen goes inside. Pratibha says sorry to him, Raashi asks why couldn’t she speak five minutes ago. Pratibha wonders how is this possible, she kept the roti herself. Sunita was hearing it all, and says now she is relieved. Pratibha thinks why couldn’t she say no, when she knew she was right. But hadn’t she accepted her mistake, every member of house had become angry to her.

At night, Pratibha finishes all her house chores and call Pushpa. She says to chachi that she can’t do it, she thought and tried but she is unable to do this. She says she know she packed the roti in Mahen’s tiffin, but there would have been a big drama had she said something else. She says thankyou that she wasted chachi’s time and hangs on.

Pratibha counts the roti, and says they are the same. If she had forgotten keeping them, they should be in more numbers, she must get to know about it. The phone again rings. Pushpa says if she had kept the roti, she must have stood firm with it. Today, you have to gain respect and her family doesn’t respect her. She says her family cares for her. Pushpa asks her to go and question her husband why he poured his anger of work on her. She says one pours anger on one’s own. Chachi says the way she sided her family in front of her, she now has to take her own side in front of her family. The first step in this will be her no. Pratibha says she will try.

Pratibha comes to the room, Mahen was reading a magazine. Mahen switch the lamp off and lie down to sleep. Pratibha comes to bed, switches her lights and lie down too.

Sunita talks to her friends about her home’s party, she says Pratibha will make the snacks. She scolds Bubu as he disturbs her. She invites her friends tomorrow. Bubu’s ball goes to the bin as Sunita had thrown it away. Bubu finds a roti in the bin.

Shalu says she had seen the roti in the tiffin. Pratibha asked to leave it, Shalu says Sunita bhabi came to kitchen. Bubu took the roti, Sunita asks him for the roti. Bubu runs with it. Shalu asks Pratibha to ask Sunita. Bubu come to her then, Shalu smells the roti and says this is stale. Sunita come there, Bubu says he found roti in mama’s room. Pratibha says she will ask Sunita so that mummy and Mahen also know the truth. She questions Sunita if she hid it, Raashi comes and asks her to stop making a drama of this. She asks her not to tell Mahen about it, and let the peace of house remain as such. Sunita smiles and leaves.

Pratibha requests Pushpa, and she asks what is the problem. Pratibha says there isn’t any problem. Pushpa says hasn’t there been a problem, she wouldn’t have come here with flour in hand and hair uncombed. Pratibha says she doesn’t know where to begin.

Shalu was packing the tiffin, Sunita asks her to make chocolate chip for Bubu and in the meanwhile she removes the lunch from tiffin. She says that she needs to tell Mahen about Pratibha went out.

Pratibha wasn’t taking soup properly, Pushpa asks isn’t it good. She says there is increased salt in it, but she will manage. Pushpa says why manage, when she is paying for it. She must order the waiter that it must be replaced.

Sunita calls Raashi saying the pest control team came here, but Pratibha has still not returned.

Pushpa calls the waiter, he comes and asks Pratibha what happened. Pratibha says soup has increased salt in it. The manager asks the waiter to come and bring a new soup for her. Pushpa says life is also like food dishes, what does she want from life. What is more and what is less. Pratibha says to be honest, she needs a change as she can never say no to anyone. She never tell her likes and dislikes to anyone, she adjusts herself according to the necessities of others; then it doesn’t matter that soup has more salt or less. Pratibha tastes the soup, and says it is good. Pushpa says let us begin with the first lesson, today at home she has to say no to the things she doesn’t like. Pratibha asks how she will do it, she says she will. Pushpa tells her that her chachi is a detector, and can no when she is lying. A lawyer brings file for Pushpa, she asks Pratibha to leave now as she has to make a call.

Mahen was opening the tiffin, where there was no bread. The lawyer brings Pushpa’s notice for him, he is worried.

Pushpa watches their family album, and says she is back to meet them all. They will have fun.

Sunita stll waits for Pratibha to come back home. Anmol was making his hair, when Raashi comes across him. He complains that she disturbed his spikes. Raashi asks him to get his hair set, and asks Sunita where are the pest control. Sunita says they have left, Raashi says she doesn’t know. Sunita says she must have told her, Raashi says she will see her when she comes back. Pratibha comes home, Raashi comes to her and asks where was she. Pratibha was quiet, she moves in to get the glass of water Shalu had brought. Raashi asks will she tell them something, Pratibha says she went to meet a friend of her where she goes to do grocery. She asks Shalu to go inside, Sunita whispers to Raashi that Pratibha doesn’t have a friend. Raashi asks where was this friend born, but Anmol asks her for food. Sunita wonders who this friend is, how will she know. She thinks now Mahen’s tiffin can do it.

Mahen was busy at work, and calls Pushpa. He asks what she wants. She says he know it well, he says she doesn’t have a right in what she is asking. She says there is, he says she is simply greedy. She says sometimes the greed of money isn’t everything. Mahen says she will never get what she wants. Pushpa hangs on.

Mahen’s peon asks for food, but he says no he isn’t hungry. He asks him to arrange for food, as Lawyer is coming.

Pratibha asks Anmol to finish up food, the kids make fun of her. She could say no to them for making fun of her, but she doesn’t say it. Raashi gives him money to get what he wants to eat, Sunita asks her to receive her clothes from tailors. Everyone leaves the table, but Pratibha goes into the kitchen, lost and worried. She thinks when every person says no to her. She says saying no is really difficult for her.

Pratibha comes inside with a heavy heart. She remembers about Mahen’s accusations and Peehy’s thinking. She notices Pushpa chachi’s number had half deleted, but she had asked her to call her if she need some help. Pratibha calls Pushpa chachi, chachi asks when is she giving a party as she has found Peehu. Pushpa asks did she tell everyone that how Peehu was blackmailing her, did she scold her or everyone accused her and went out to enjoy. Pratibha asks how she knows about it all, chachi says how can’t she get love and respect both from her family if she struggles for it. She offers her help, if Pratibha wants it. Pratibha says to chachi that she wants to meet her if she is free. Pushpa gives her a time of 10 o clock. Pratibha says she has to do a lot of things at 10. Chachi says she leaves it to her that she spends a normal day or take some time for herself, and if she isn’t in time she must not call her again.

The family come back, having enjoyed the outing. Sanjeev comes to Pratibha, Anmol says he brought her favorite ice-cream for her. Sunita says it had been good if she would have gone too. Pratibha says she will go the next time, Sunita doesn’t hear and leaves. She watches the ice-cream and Mahen comes from the front. He is angry at her and goes in the room. Pratibha comes inside, she asks Mahen for taking his dress but he stops her and do it himself. She thinks about all the anger and complain Mahen had done to her. She remembers that he has always apologized for his misbehavings, she smiles. She looks for Mahen in the doorway, this time also she was expecting a sorry but he didn’t and go to bed.

Prathiba also comes to bed with a heavy heart. She thinks she has to meet chachi tomorrow, but how it will be possible at 10.

In the morning, Pratibha was worried that she has never gone out without asking anyone, what if maa ji denies. She thinks about asking Mahen, Mahen wakes up and thinks what is Prathiba doing in the kitchen so early. She wonders is it right to trust her, why she wants to help her. She has found Peehu and talked to her as if she knows everything about her life. She says what is wrong in meeting her, Sunita says who is she going to meet. Pratibha asks how she wake up so early, Sunita says she was also about to ask the same, it seems she is also going out because she has also prepared for the lunch. Pratibha says she woke up early today. Sunita wonders why is she lying to her.

Mahen leaves early for shop, Pratibha calls him that she will get his lunch packed in 10 minutes. Mahen tells Raashi he will send someone.

Pratibha waits for Shalu, Shalu comes home. Pratiba gives her all the instructions. Sunita says she must know what is happening here. Pratibha says to Shalu that she has done all the preparations, now it is her turn to look after everything. Shalu assures her that she will look after it all, she must go without worry.

Sunita come to Raashi who was getting ready. She asks Raashi is she going somewhere, Raashi says she is going to temple. Sunita gives her counter and says she must ask Pratibha to drop her out. Raashi asks where is she going. Pratibha was just leaving, when Raashi calls her from behind. She stops at the door, Raashi asks where is she going. Pratibha couldn’t answer. Raashi says when she didn’t go out without telling her ever, why is she leaving today. Pratibha says she is going to grocery. Sunita says she must also take Raashi along, Raashi goes out. Pratibha looks at her watch, Sunita closes the door behind.

Pratibha watches time in the restaurant, she thinks she is half an hour late, she might have left. A waiter asks Pratibha for how many guest should he set the table. Pratibha says someone is waiting for her inside. Sunita says she has a stomach ache, and wants to know where has Pratibha gone. She opens the door, it was the boy to get tiffin. She says if she does something that Mahen has to question Pratibha, what will she do then.

Pratibha comes to Pushpa and says she got a bit late. Pushpa says she dislikes late comers, and is going now.

PRECAP: 

Pushpa sends a notice to Mahen. She looks at the family photo and says she is back to meet them all again.

Pratibha comes out of her room ready to go. Raashi asks Mahen if he thinks she can talk something there, she is as afraid as going to her in-laws for the first time. Mahen says she has shown Peehu the wrong way, she has to manage. Mahen’s brother says she isn’t as uncourageous, but Raashi says she isn’t even courageous. Sunita announces that the auto is here, her husband wish Pratibha all the best. Shalu comes and ask Sunita to do cooking.

At school, Peehu goes to her friends Pratibha keeps on calling her. Peehu’s teacher comes to her, and asks who the lady is. She goes to meet Pratibha, the teacher comes to Pratibha and asks who is she, is she a relative of Peehu. Pratibha can’t say a word when the school bell rings and teacher goes taking the children to their classes.

Pratibha runs behind Peehu to stairs, Peehu asks her to leave her hand everyone is watching her. She says she know she can’t do anything. Pratibha says she will handle it all, Peehu says ok then she must do it herself, she is going. Peehu runs to the class, Pratibha comes downstairs worried.

Sunita had tears in eyes as she cut her onion. The pressure cooker steams at once, the milk boils at the same time. It was a horrible morning for her, as all the bread was burnt.

In the school, Pratibha stood watching the children go inside. She asks a peon where is the office of principal. He points at it, she asks him how is the mood of principle is. The peon says she is really strict.

Sunita’s husband asks to help her in kitchen, he says he can’t cook as well, like her. She gives him a stare and asks him to leave. Raashi was having headache, he asks what happened. Rashi says there is pain in her head, she is used to drink tea in morning. Sunita’s husband calls her for tea, she asks why is he shouting. Sunita asks why is he shouting, and says to Raashi she forgot, she will just get it. Raashi says just don’t worry much, there would be no wrong if she don’t take tea for one day. She asks Sunita to put ginger and tulsi as well, she stops her again and says Maher also needs a cup of it. She stops Sunita once again and smells a burning bread. Sunita hurries to the kitchen.

Pratibha practices in the washroom mirror to talk to principal. She says she asked Peehu to take her chachi, as chachi is also like mother. She gets worried that how can Peehu get confused, it isn’t right. She practices again, saying she wasn’t well and couldn’t come to school. She asked Peehu to take her chachi, she says this is right. She makes up her hair, and gets ready to leave. A lady comes behind her. Peehu was nervous in front of the principle. The lady was principle, she asks what is the name of her daughter. Pratibha says she wasn’t well yesterday, the principle asks how is she now. Pratibha says she is fine now. The principle asks what does she want to say. Pratibha says she couldn’t come to the school yesterday. The principle says only a few parents are responsible to come next day if they are unable to attend the PTM. Pratibha says her husband always come to PTM, but he was busy and couldn’t come and. The principle hears intently, Pratibha says the truth is that she didn’t know about her PTM. She thought she won’t be able to handle her PTM, she felt a bit of guilt so she brought her chachi as her mother. The principle says she is happy that she didn’t say a lie to her. Pratibha heads to leave, but the principle asks her to keep sitting. The peon comes to asks teacher and Peehu to her office. Peehu was worried in front of her friends.

Sunita brings breakfast. Shalu comes and says she did all the work by herself. Sunita’s husband invites everyone to eat aaloo k parathay. The paratha’s were burnt. Shalu asks Sanjeev how did he like it, Sanjeev looks at Sunita and says it is good. Anmol updates a status, that the breakfast isn’t good at all. Sunita says Pratibha is kitchen queen, she can’t be compared to her. She must manage the school like her too.

The principle complains to the teacher that have they taught their children that it isn’t a bad thing to be ashamed of her mother. Peehu calls Sunita to tell her she is going to her friend’s house. Sunita says she can’t hear anything, and keeps the phone. She smiles and says it must be so enjoyable that her daughter wants to get rid of her.

Pratibha asks her worried, when the peon tells them he couldn’t find Peehu in the whole school. Pratibha runs out and asks everyone looking for Peehu. She calls Pratibha’s number, and records her message that she is really worried for her, she won’t make her worried anymore. She cries, tensed looking for her. She thinks if she should call Mahen, she calls him. He gets worried, Pratibha goes in the middle of the road, lost. She loses her control and sits on a foot-path. Someone comes to help her, she looks up to see who is it.

Sunita looks at Pratibha’s face, and says to Mahir that she thought Pratibha would at least tell him the truth but when she saw that she wasn’t telling him anything she felt bad. She thinks the elders must stand with the truth even in worse situations as well. Pratibha was ashamed. Sunita comes to ask Peehu but Peehu leaves the table. She comes across Rashi in the way, Rashi asks why is everyone so sad. Sunita smiles and says she will see Bubu who was just crying. She passes by Pratibha and whispers she wanted to be truthful. Sunita’s husband says it wasn’t Pratibha’s fault, neither was Suniti or Peehu’s; but it was someone’s mistake for sure. He and Mahir leave the table.
Sunita comes to crying Peehu. Peehu complains that she didn’t expect this from her, Sunita says she went to talk to her mama but she didn’t listen. She got her PTM paper and handed it to her papa. Peehu stand up and wipes her tears. She says she is right, her mom took revenge from her because she didn’t took her to PTM. She says sorry to Sunita, as she took her wrong. Sunita hugs her and smiles victoriously. Peehu was angry at her mother.
Pratibha comes out from the kitchen, nervous. She looks at her room door, and moves towards it nervously. She turns but then heads to come in. Mahir opens the door and asks hasn’t she been extraordinarily late to come to the room. He calls Peehu aloud.
Sunita cheers that today there will be a big drama. Peehu comes to the room. Mahir asks why she didn’t take her mother there. Peehu says her maa never had an experience of going to a PTM, she should have got embarraced in front of her friends. Pratibha interferes, Mahir says to Peehu that tomorrow her mother will go with her to school and will clarify that Sunita isn’t her mother but Pratibha is. He was firm in his decision and turns around. Peehu runs to the room while Pratibha keeps on stopping her. She comes to Mahir and says that she know Peehu did wrong. But if she go to her school this way, there must be a drama. Mahir says it is because of her that Peehu feels ashamed of taking her to school. He gets her in front of the mirror and says look at herself, did he marry this woman. He says she is going to the school and tell everyone she is Peehu’s mother.

Pratiba comes to Peehu who was crying. She says she can atleast eat food, even if she doesn’t want to talk to her. Peehu says does she think about anything else than eating, she cries that she has created a big problem for her. Pratibha says she doesn’t know how her dad got that PTM paper. She assures Peehu that she will make everything well tomorrow. Peehu cries worried what will happen tomorrow. Pratibha says she must talk to her papa, and if he doesn’t agree she will come to her school and talk to her principle.
She says what reason could it be that she had to take her chachi to school. Peehu shouts that these excuses won’t work, and asks her to leave her alone. Sunita cheers that it will be fun if Pratibha goes to Peehu’s school. Pratibha leaves food on the table. Peehu packs her bag, Anmol comes and teases her for getting scolded. He updates his status that his sister got hit. Peehu holds hand on Anmol, she had bag in her hand. Anmol asks what is in it, and goes behind her. Peehu warns him to leave, else she will hit him. He leaves still teasing him. Peehu watches the bag.
Pratibha was doing dusting of the table and thinks what Mahir had told her last night, had he marry such a girl which she has become. Bubu comes to her and says he needs his big mom. Pratibha asks she needs Bubu too, and asks if he likes his big mom. Why doesn’t anyone else at home like her, does he also dislike her manners. Why she isn’t liked by everyone else then. Bubu says he likes her.

In the morning, Mahir tells Pratibha to go to school, Sunita will look after the kitchen. The husband asks Sunita that she is hungry, Sunita goes to the kitchen in the bad mood.

Pratibha hides herself as Peehu comes out with Sunita after meeting. Peehu thanks Sunita, Sunita says she will never let her down. Peehu says teacher asked her to bring her mom but mummy doesn’t know how to behave in front of anyone, she should have been embarraced in front of her students. Pratibha hears this all.

At home, Peehu asks Shalu where maa is as she and Sunita come home. Sunita laughs and says she must be in kitchen as it is her favorite place. Pratibha gets tea tray from kitchen, Shalu asks why didn’t Peehu come back home with her. Pratibha was quiet. Rashi comes and asks why she left her Anmol back there. Peehu says she is also her granddaughter, she must think about her sometimes too. Rashi says she has nothing like a granddaughter in her manners; had she ever put oil in head or press her legs sometimes. She asks where are they both coming from. Peehu is worried, Sunita smiles and says she must relax, they both went somewhere and it is a secret between her and Peehu. She hands a chamarprash to Raashi. Raashi says she is the one who cares for her, else in the house no one ever listen to her. Sunita asks Pratibha to serve food soon as she is really hungry. Shaalu says she must scold Sunita as she is teaching Peehu to lie. She must tell everyone the truth, but Pratibha looks at Sunita and is quiet.

She watches Peehu and Sunita hug, moves towards them as she was curt.
Shalu gets ready for a fight, Pratibha comes to Peehu, Sunita looks up at her and stands to confront her. She asks what didi. Pratibha begins to say something when Raashi gets a cough. Pratibha asks if she should put pakori in the yougurt. Shalu regrets, Sunita says she must do anything she wants to and leaves.

Anmol comes home busy with his cell phone. He fell on the floor as soon as he comes in. Rashi goes to help him, and scolds Peehu if she can’t come to his help. Anmol tells dadi the story about a play in the school, it was about Peehu. He says one of the person asked the second to be what she wasn’t, the second agreed but with some condition like cleaning the room. Rashi says she doesn’t understand anything, but Anmol says he has taken a photo of someone red handed. Peehu takes Anmol inside, saying she will put medicine on his injury. Rashi curses Peehu for taking Anmol inside. In the room, Peehu runs after Anmol for mobile, he says he will tell everyone and share the photo on internet. Peehu make him quiet, and asks him not to tell anyone please. She says she will get him new headphones if he keeps it a secret.

She asks Anmol’s mobile to delete the photo, he says first she must bring him headphones. She must now go and clean chachi’s room. Peehu sets all the Sunita’s clothes in wardrobe, and decorates her things. She goes the dressing table, and drops a bottle on the floor. The baby wakes up and cries. She runs to him and asks her to sleep again, caressing. She was worried that Sunita must not know he has waken up because of her. Pratibha comes calling Peehu into the room, she looks at Peehu for a while there and comes to caress Bubu. She asks Peehu what she was doing here. Peehu says she was setting the room. Sunita comes there and says she has forbidden her so many times but she never listen to her. She points through eyes to Peehu to leave. Peehu runs, Sunita comes calling bubu and takes him in her lap. Bubu calls Pratibha to stay here, Pratibha says at this time bari mama is going to cook his favorite Sooji ki Kheer. Sunita goes to get so many toys for bubu, Bubu says he needs bari mama only. Sunita asks Pratibha to look after him, and goes to get fresh. Pratibha plays with bubu.

At night, Mahir comes and says to Pratibha that vegetable is left in the lunch box. She asks if he didn’t like it. He doesn’t reply and asks her to sent tea for him in study.

Pratibha looks at the letter, she was unable either to say anything to her sister in law or her daughter. She must just pour her anger by burning it, she was about to put it in the stove when Mahir calls her. She places the letter aside and gets the tea. He asks her to get her dress, she opens the wardrobe and gives it to him. He takes hold of her hand and asks what happened to her, that she brought saree instead of his kurta. She looks at it, and says she has just gone crazy. She takes his kurta to him. He asks if the aalu masala is left for evening, it was very tasty. She smiles in elation, this was the best thing in the whole day. She comes out of the room, ever happy.

On the table, Pratibha serves food to everyone. Sunita whispers and asks Peehu is didi know about it. Peehu says she doesn’t know, and comes to Pratibha in the kitchen. She says sorry didi, Peehu was insisting what she could do about it. She doesn’t know why Peehu didn’t want to take her. She says she can’t deny anything to Peehu, as she loves her like her own daughter and Peehu also loves her. Pratibha was still quiet, takes a jar from the kitchen cabinet and says that we the elder are the first ever class of our children, whatever they do or become in life is because of the family. It isn’t the question that Peehu took her along to PTM, the question rather is that she lied to her friends and she was with Peehu in that. Sunita remained shocked while Pratibha comes back to the table.

Sunita comes to the table where everyone was eating, cheerily. Her husband asks her to sit down as the kofta are so tasty. He praises Pratibha for the good cooking, Sunita looks at him without saying anything. Mahir says he is a praiser of Pratibha from always but he is doing it a lot today. He tells Pratibha that today she went to Peehu’s ptm, and proved that she isn’t only the household woman and has other capabilities as well. The brother in law also appreciates Pratibha, that uptil now she looked after kitchen but now she will also be working in outer world.

Sunita heard this all still standing there. She tells Mahir that she has something to tell him and that it was her not Pratibha who went to school for PTM. Peehu at once hold her head while everyone look at each other.

PRECAP: 
Mahir tells Peehu strictly that she will go to school tomorrow with her mom, and clarify that Suniti isn’t her mom but Pratibha is. Peehu leaves regretting.

The bridal dress and jewellery lie on the bed. A girl calls on Mahir to meet him. He asks Pratibha how he can, as they are leaving for wedding. She says it is so urgent, he must come to the roof. Mahir thinks for marrying, he has to climb the pipes as well. He climbs up, but was about to fell when Pratibha holds his hand. She thanks him, then tells him she can’t marry him. He was shocked, turn her to face him but she says she wants to do a lot in her life, how will she live this way. He asks if she is crazy, only 3 hours are left. She asks him to tell everyone, and don’t take her name. He says he won’t do it, she says she will do it herself. He leaves angry what he will answer to his mother and friends. She laughs aloud, wearing his sunglasses and says it is so easy to make fool of him. He comes to her, she runs and enjoys.

The day of wedding is the most special day of life. Does this day become special for the girl only for this reason, no; but it is because of the husband standing besides one. A woman gets his love and the children’s bliss then, but it never remains always.

Prathiba carefully goes from the bed, but Mahir gets up when the glass fells down. He asks why she is disturbing her.

She prepares for all the necessary morning chores. She comes to Anmol, their son. He uploads his photo as soon as he wakes up, and when Pratibha stops him he says there are somethings other than kitchen in life.

Rashi was mother in law of Pratibha. She comes to Pratibha and complains her about not getting tea. Pratibha says she went to temple, but Rashi complains and asks her to get one steamed. Pratibha brings the tea at once, but Rashi complains about the tea and asks Pratibha to leave.

Pratibha prepares the breakfast for all the house members, separately. She makes special roti for Mahir, with extra potato and extra spices. She prepares the table, and looks for Peehu. Peehu was on the roof with her chachi. Peehu told her Chachi that no one will get to know about it. Her chachi tells her to sign the approval, Peehu is Pratibha’s daughter but is more friend with chachi as she is cool. Pratibha comes to call Peehu, and dislikes her intimacy with Sunita.

Sunita comes to help Pratibha, calls everyone getting credits for breakfast. She tells Pratibha she has to manage her boutique, home and a number of works.

Mahir comes to the table, Pratibha serves his paratha. He enjoys it, but Rashi observes and asks who makes better paratha, his wife or mother. Mahir says he doesn’t want to give his mother pain in this age. The other brother ask Rashi to make something for him, but Rashi gets angry at this saying. She says this will further give rest to her daughter in laws. Sunita gives her looks and Rashi is afraid of her. Pratibha listens to all the accusations without speaking up.

Mahir leaves informing Pratibha he will be busy in meeting and leaves dryly. Shalu, her maid brings her a fresh paratha to eat for breakfast.

Days will pass on like this, but till when. There is something wrong; she has lost the Pratibha who was full of life. She asked love of her husband and children and got it. But then she forgot to ask, and now her family loves her only as per their own desire.

Their needs to be a change in the life, a change which must get all the dirt off her life.

The school permission letter fly from wind and comes down. Pratibha wonders today is Peehu’s PTM. Shalu comes and Pratibha says how did Peehu forgot to tell her papa about it. Mahir was caught in meeting the whole day. Shalu asks her to go there. Pratibha says she has never gone to her school, she doesn’t know how to handle meetings. Shalu says she has attended schools in childhood. Pratibha was worried what if Peehu dislikes it. She thinks about going there, where she was to face a new truth of life. But that very truth will be giving her the courage for change.

At school, Peehu’s friends were excited to meet her mom. Peehu calls mom and runs to Sunita hugging her. She introduces her to her friends. Pratibha appears from behind the wall and is shocked to see Peehu introducing her as her mom. She cries. These days must change, and she will be the one to change them.

Actress Snigdha Pandey who is known for her role Star Plus’ Navya is returning to the small screen with Zee TV’s Hello Pratibha. Snigdha who has essayed negative as well as positive roles, is quite ecstatic to play a different character this time in a new show. She speaks to us regarding her show, exploring mediums and more…

Share something about your character?

She is a drama queen, a career oriented women who looks after a beauty parlor. Sunidhi loves being pampered by her family members, she is selfish and believes in taking all the credit for herself.

How excited are you to explore a new character?

I feel human psyche is immense and as an actor I always wish to explore and know more about human being by essaying a new character. By enacting a character you live the life of it and I am always ecstatic to do it. In my previous shows I have played positive characters but never got a chance to essay a grey shade. I always wanted to do it as I feel every human being has a shade of grey.

Do you relate to Sunidhi?

I won’t say that I completely relate to my character but yeah at times I am like her in terms of being selfish, loving myself. At times I take my loved ones for granted but cannot hurt someone as Sunidhi does. In reality I am not like girly like my character.

How is your equation with your co-stars?

We all have a warm chemistry, we share a very cordial relationship as we have a very small family. I specially thank Shakuntalam Production to make me a part of this beautiful family. I am really delighted to get such a lovely character, Sunidhi is damn cute she is the entertainer of the show.

Did you take any efforts to perfect your character?

I have learned those mannerisms, poses, way of talking etc. and have taken efforts to inculcate those in me. Now whenever I drape a sari, I am all together into a different domain when I am essaying her. I have closely observed high class women, then also I have borrowed behavior of people around me.

You were a part of theater as well television, so what interests you?

Theater rush and that feel is completely different, both the forms has its own place. I have high respect for people from the TV fraternity, they work for longest hours. If you talk about films then it is a different ball game altogether, it gives you a different feel. I feel blessed that I have got an opportunity to explore all three mediums.

What would you say to your fans?

I would say you have seen me in Do Dil Bandhe Ek Dori Se, Navya but be ready to watch me in a complete new avatar. Sunidhi is the pie of show and I am very sure that the audience are going to love her.
